As comunicações consideradas mais categorizadas pelo Conselho Editorial da :Estúdio deram origem ao volume 5. Sendo um conjunto de artigos formatados rigorosamente segundo as normas de publicação do meta-artigo da :Estúdio e apreciados pelo conselho editorial em duas fases, fase de resumos e fase de artigo completo.
Assim, o artigo Entre Cyborgs e Avatares: Produções Artísticas no seio da tecnologia ou o advento de novos invólucros humanos está disponível na revista ESTÚDIO 5: Artistas sobre outras Obras (2012), pp. 398-405. e pode ser adquirido directamente na Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa.

The Hannah Arendt Prize in Critical Theory and Creative Research is an annual competition for anyone interested in the juncture of art and creative research and in the principles at the heart of the arts and humanities, including sense-based intelligence; the reality of singular, nonrepeatable phenomena; ethical vision; and consilience between inner and outer, nature and reason, thought and experience, subject and object, self and world.
The short-essay in competition is entitled “Bioart and the communication paradigm of responsibility” and it will be available here soon.

The 2012 CES show floor covers 1.851 million net square feet of exhibit space – more than 37 football fields filled with consumer technology innovation. The 2011 CES featured 2,865 exhibitors across 1.65 million net square feet.

O Museu Bernardo, com sede em Caldas da Rainha, dedica-se ao apoio, defesa e divulgação da arte contemporânea, através de exposições, ciclos, mostras e intercâmbios internacionais, entre outras actividades. Existe desde 2007, embora formalmente se tenha constituído em 2009. É um espaço de programação alternativa, sem fins lucrativos e sem financiamento estatal ou de privados. Ocupa dois espaços físicos: o museu em si (um apartamento de um edifício no centro das Caldas da Rainha) e a Casa Bernardo, moradia num bairro limítrofe ao Parque D. Carlos I. Ambos os espaços têm sido programados com grande assiduidade, colmatando uma lacuna no panorama artístico caldense e regional.
Nesta exposição, o Museu Bernardo “transfere-se” para o Centro de Exposições do Centro de Arte de Sines com peças da sua coleção e não só.
